For brands & enterprises

Create a brief.
Or sponsor one
already waiting for you.

Brands on Wildmind don't run campaigns. They produce work. Real output, made by the right independent human, credited to your brand permanently — in the brief record, forever.

You define what the world needs made. Or you find a brief someone else has defined, and you believe in it enough to fund it. Both paths end in the same place: your name as producer, in the permanent credits.

Two ways in

You decide how you enter.

Path 1

Create a brief.

You write the brief. Define the vision, the deliverables, the timeline, the support. Publish it — privately, so only invited makers can apply, or publicly, open to the full Wildmind network.

Wildmind matches it to the right independent instantly. You select from the pitched applications. You take the Producer seat. The work gets made. Your brand is credited forever.

A brand voice for the next decade
A product name that doesn't exist yet
The tagline of your next launch
A sound archive or documentary
A cultural essay series
A photo project with your name as producer

Path 2

Sponsor an existing brief.

Browse briefs created by individuals, researchers, students, or other brands. Find one that aligns with your values or your field. Apply for the Producer seat — the main sponsor position — and fund the work into existence.

The brief creator retains their credit as originator. You are credited as producer. You can define co-sponsor slots and suggest customisations — but the original vision belongs to the brief creator.

Producer seat

Main financial sponsor. Full producer credit. Control co-sponsor eligibility. Suggest customisations.

Co-sponsor seat

Join an existing brief with workspace, tools, or additional funds. Credited precisely.

Community support

Any amount. No deliverable claim. Permanently credited in the final work.

What a brief can produce

Any output. Any field.
If it requires the right human, it belongs here.

A brief is not limited to what an agency would sell you. It is whatever needs to exist in the world — as long as a specific human being is the best one to make it.

Brand language

A new voice. A tagline that isn't a tagline — a sentence your brand actually lives in. The name for a product that doesn't exist yet.

Sound & field recording

An archive of sounds before they disappear. Field recordings. The acoustic record of a place or vanishing ecosystem.

Long-form writing

An essay series. A cultural report. A 6,000-word piece with your brand as producer and a writer as maker — permanent.

Photography & documentary

A photo essay. A craftsperson archive. The visual record of a practice, a place, a way of living.

Research & knowledge

Field research into a community you care about. A living archive of oral traditions, dialects, or ecological knowledge.

Naming & identity

A product name. A series name. A campaign concept. The language that will define how people talk about something for a decade.

How makers apply

500 characters.
Written by hand.
No AI. No copy-paste.

The pitch box is the only room on Wildmind that AI cannot enter. Copy-paste is blocked. File uploads are not allowed. Every application is written by a human, by hand, in 500 characters or fewer.

That constraint is the signal. What someone says about your specific brief — in 500 characters, with no assistance — tells you more about their genuine interest than a full portfolio review.

Makers can also draw their pitch on a canvas. For some briefs, what they sketch tells you more than what they type.

Pitch for Stone Memory

187 / 500

I have been working with stone craftspeople in Anatolia for 4 years — not researching them, working alongside them. I have access that an outsider cannot get. My grandmother was a stonemason's wife. I understand what is being lost because I watched it leave.

How selection works

The profile tells you more
than the pitch.

When you receive applications for your brief, each pitcher's full Wildmind profile sits alongside their pitch. Wildmind surfaces match scores based on the profile — not keywords, but texture.

Location

Where they are. What access their geography gives them. What they can reach that no one else can.

Language

What language they think in. Their mother tongue. The cultural register they carry without trying.

Past briefs

What they have completed. Whether they met deadlines. The accountability record — permanent and public.

Field access

Who they know. Where they have worked. Communities and places they have genuine access to.

Perspective

Age, background, experience. Not credentials — lived context. What has shaped how they see.

Tools

What equipment and software they work with. Relevant to technical briefs — claimed via software credits.

Wildmind gives every independent the same visibility — regardless of their network, their location, or whether they have worked with a brand before. An 18-year-old with no credits but the right profile for your brief will be surfaced to you as clearly as a 20-year veteran.

The brief finds the person. You select.

What you get

Your cultural portfolio.
Built brief by brief.

Every brief you produce is permanently credited to your brand. Not a campaign that expires. Not an ad that disappears. Work that exists in the world — with your name on it as the organisation that made it possible.

The brief is locked when it closes. No revisions to the record. No relationship maintenance required. The work exists. The credit is yours. Permanently.

Brands that have already won build their legacy through what they choose to believe in.
