Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Full terms are being drafted.

Wildmind is currently in pre-launch. Complete Terms of Service will be published before public registration opens. Contact hello@wildmind.co with any questions.

1. Platform purpose

Wildmind is a marketplace for cultural briefs. Brands publish briefs. Independents pitch for and complete them. All parties are credited permanently in the brief record.

2. Briefs and commitments

When a maker accepts a brief and confirms a deadline, that commitment is binding. Missed deadlines are recorded permanently on the maker's profile and are visible to all future producers.

3. Credits

Credits assigned in a completed brief are permanent. Wildmind does not alter, remove, or reassign credits after a brief is locked.

4. Pitch box

By using the pitch box, you confirm that the content is written by you — not generated by AI, not copied from another source. Wildmind reserves the right to disqualify pitches that violate this.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Wildmind to submit false information, impersonate other people, or circumvent the platform's matching and pitching process. Violations may result in account suspension.
